We want you to love your Waivy Baby experience. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Include tags, accessories, and proof of purchase

  • Return must be requested within 30 days

To Start a Return:
Email us at [support@waivybaby.com] with your order number and reason. We’ll send a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • If we made a mistake or sent a defective item, we’ll cover shipping

  • For all other returns, shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds:

  • Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

  • You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is issued
